When you order or ask for a quote, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number and payment details (handled by our checkout provider). To send gifts, we collect your clients' names and delivery addresses, and the engraving and card details you give us.

We only use your clients' names and addresses to make and deliver the gifts you order. We don't market to them or share their details with anyone except the courier delivering their gift.

We share only what's needed with the services that help us run the store, such as our online store platform, payment provider and couriers. We never sell your information.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it for as long as we need it.
