Bubblee is a small, family-owned business based in Sydney, NSW. You can contact us at hello@bubblee.com.au. These terms apply to every order placed on this website or by quote.

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
• The price includes your client's name engraved on the board, the gift box and the handwritten card. Adding your logo to the back is $10 extra. Shipping is shown at checkout.
• Every order comes with a tax invoice by email.
• Quote orders are invoiced. Quotes are valid for [30] days. We start making your order once you've approved the mockup and the invoice is paid.

• We engrave exactly what you give us, including capitals and punctuation. You're responsible for checking every name, date, message and address.
• Online orders don't get a separate proof. The preview on the product page shows how the engraving will look. Quote orders get a free mockup.
• You confirm you have the right to use any logo or name you send us.
• We engrave words and business logos only. We can refuse engraving we think is offensive or that we're not allowed to make.

Once we start making your order, we can't change or cancel it. If you need to fix something, email us as soon as possible and we'll help if we haven't started yet.

We ship Australia-wide. Orders are sent within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery times are estimates and can change. If a gift is returned because of a wrong address, you'll need to pay to send it again.

Our returns policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our boards, coasters and bowls are real camphor laurel timber. Grain, colour and small markings vary and are not a fault.
